Guild Wars Elite Skill
A Guild Wars elite skill attribute is meant for only special purposes, and are meant to be used sparingly. Each primary guild wars profession has up to 15 elite skills, and are attained generally one of two ways.
Guild Wars elite skill attributes are earned by either using a Signet of Capture which can be purchased by special skill vendors. These skills purchased from a skill vendor with one skill point and some gold are then used on a boss enemy’s corpse. Each Guild Wars character can also earn them by purchasing them with PvP faction points earned during PvP combat. The skills earned in PvP combat can be used by PvP players that each player creates.
Some of the newest Guild Wars elite skill attributes given to the six primary core Guild Wars character professions include the Ride the Lightening skill given to The Elementalist, the Flesh Golem given to the Necromancer, and the Broad Head Arrow Skill given to The Ranger. The Ride the lightening skill is used to damage an enemy target and to teleport The Elementalist directly to it. Flesh Golem, used by Necromancer is a skill that is used to reanimate a corpse. The BroadHead Arrow is a dazing skill used by The Ranger when shooting at a target.
